Schema Definition files and resultant XML files as a
service to interested industries; (b) all XML Schema
Definition files and resultant XML files were developed
through a consensus process of interested parties; and
(c) although efforts have been made to ensure that the
XML Schema Definition files and resultant XML files are
correct, reliable, and technically accurate, AgXML LLC
makes NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY XML
Schema Definition files and resultant XML files: (i)
ARE CORRECT; (ii) WILL NOT REQUIRE MODIFICATION AS
EXPERIENCE, INDUSTRY ALTERATIONS, AND/OR TECHNOLOGICAL
ADVANCES DICTATE; (iii) WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY
PURPOSE OR WORKABLE IN ANY APPLICATION; OR (iv) ARE
OTHERWISE WARRANTED TO PERFORM FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE
OR PURPOSE.
I agree that I may only use the XML Schema Definition
files and resultant XML files with the understanding
that AgXML LLC has no liability for any claim to the
contrary, or for any damage or loss of any kind or
nature.
I agree to use the AgXML Standards in their published
form only. I understand I am granted permission to
copy, download and distribute the AgXML Standards for
purposes of implementation, but only as published and
copyrighted, including all terms and conditions and
copyright notices. I understand that permission is NOT
