Documentation

These are a few simple datatypes used in various more complex schema
definitions. Examples: alleleType which limits the allowed values that a string can take
to the four bases A,C,T and G, plus N.

These are complex datatypes used in various Hapmap schema components
     definitions.

This schema definition ties together the various sub-components of
the HapMap DCC XML Schema definitions (XSDs). This enables
XML-document creators to reference only this file, or more likely
a URL at which it resides, to validate their documents against the
current HapMap XML schema. See each component .xsd file for
further documentation and the files in the /xml-examples/"> directory

The current revision of the HapMap schema can always be found at
http://www.hapmap.org/xml-schema/ along with all schema
releases leading up to it
